For Chris, this recognition is not just a professional milestone but a deeply personal journey. As he shared:
“With this award, I am reminded how far this journey has come. I grew up in the projects, the son of two 16-year-old parents who did the best they could with what they had. Years later, I arrived in this great country with just $70 to my name, a suitcase full of hope, and a work ethic shaped by where I came from.
So this moment—this recognition—is deeply personal.
As entrepreneurs, we sacrifice a lot. We work around the clock, constantly solving problems, building, pushing, striving. But none of it would be possible without the support system behind the scenes. The real MVPs aren’t just in the workplace—they’re at home.
This award is for my team, whose dedication is second to none. It’s for our clients and partners who place their trust in us.
But above all, it’s for my wife. While I’ve been out building a business, she’s been building a life—raising our children, managing our home, and anchoring our family with grace, strength, and love. She’s sacrificed just as much, if not more, for this dream to become reality.
